Simplifying processes, products, and operating models amplifies the value to business, customers, and other stakeholders. This blog captures my views and ideas on simplification.

Simplify Work to Amplify Results

I have spent 25 years working on products, operations, and transformation initiatives to enhance business performance, customer experience, and employee engagement. My primary focus has always been on alignment and simplification.

Here, I share my experience, views, and ideas.

Only three things happen naturally in organizations: friction, confusion, and underperformance. Everything else requires leadership.

Simplify ‘x’ to Amplify ‘y’

x = [processes, products, operating model, services, pricing, etc.]

y = [business performance, customer value and experience, employee engagement, social impact]

I work on simplifying products, processes, and operating models.

I strongly believe that simplification amplifies business performance and customer experience. Yet it is hard to simplify things. I have learned a lot over the years; still learning. Let me share my views and ideas on Operational Excellence, Transformations, Product Management, and Growth. I also publish a high-level overview of various emerging technologies.

I’m now an independent consultant working on product strategy, operating models, growth plans, and evaluation of private equity deals.
