Look at how they can help innovate business models to reach more customers and serve them better. Carefully evaluate the short-term and long-term impact and maintainability.
- Digital can create complexity in the form of tech debt or otherwise. We may not see it immediately. One should carefully evaluate the long-term impact of various options and decisions.
- With advanced digital adoption, people and their capabilities become more critical. Focus on building the required people capabilities – either internally or through external networks. Digital platforms and innovation can help achieve this goal effectively.
